We loved this place! Whoever is in charge of the room decor has gone above and beyond in making the rooms - although small! - really comfortable and homely. We had a room with a private bathroom, which also had storage space, air con, a new TV, and free wifi. Each morning lollies were placed on our freshly made bed, and the towels were folded into kissing swans.
The hotel is easy to find, only metres away from a metro station, and there's a lift! The staff are lovely, and there is a free walking tour offered, which turned out to be fantastic, lasting 4 hours! We managed to walk everywhere, as Madrid is easy to get around on foot, even in the heat of summer.
We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Madrid without spending a fortune!

Très bon accueil, belle décoration et ambiance raffinée, agréable et détendue. Chambres très propres, de même pour la salle de bain commune.
Services appréciables (petits déjeunés, boissons et en cas à prix raisonnables).
Localisation à coté du métro. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

If you're searching for accomodation in Madrid you're loco when not choosing Flat5Madrid. We've travelled throughout Spain, but this was by far the best accomodation looking at quality-price. Not only the rooms, but especially the service is absolutely unbeatable. Location, facilities, climate control; all absolutely fantastic. Thanks again for a great time, Flat5Madrid!

May 2011 marked the beginning of our dream-of-a-lifetime vacation in Madrid and Flat5Madrid was the perfect place to start. Service was great and the staff, especially Eva, were most helpful. The location and proximity to the Metro can't be beat.

My husband and I stayed at Flat5Madrid for our honeymoon in April 2011. They have a great location and wonderful staff. We had great service from the first email inquiry! The location cannot be beat, just steps from the metro and Gran Via. Not loud or on a busy street, so you can sleep. The rooms were clean and bright with wi-fi, DVD, TV, and temp controls. When we return to Madrid, we will definitely return to stay at Flat5Madrid.

I only spent one night in FLAT5, but I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in town in a cozy, clean and homely atmosphere. The staff is extraordinarily nice and helpful and you feel ultimately safe and cared for in the centre of Madrid.
