Mi brother and I stayed here for 2 nights in July and we completely loved the place. Great location, good security, very friendly workers and quiet atmosphere. After spending 2 months only staying in hostels, this place was perfect for us; cheaper than a hotel room and more private than a hostel. The only minor flaw for us was the size of the room and bathroom, but being that European rooms are already smaller than back home (U.S.) it worked just fine. We also did a night tour of the city that they advertise and had such a great time out with Sergio - the tour guide! One last thing, our train was delayed and we ended up arriving at midnight versus our proposed 5pm and they were very nice about it and still let us in. Thanks again!

Estuvimos en dos oportunidades, 2 dias en Junio y 5 en Julio. Excelente experiencia, ubicación, transporte, y administración muy cortes. Nuestras alcobas siempre limpias. No nos arrepentimos de ningún euro gastado, los vale.

Es un hotel genial, con decoración muy cuidada, con todo detalle. Lo justo para pasar unos días a cuerpo de rey con el super desayuno que te traen a la habitación y fresquitos con el aire acondicionado.
Muy bien situado y buen precio.

Estuvimos hospedados en Abril, lo que más nos gustó, fué la decoración, el diseño de la habitación y el Hostal en general.

La ubicación del Hostal era muy buena, ya que estaba a pocos metro de Gran Vía, con la parada de metro en la misma puerta.

Cabe destacar la "atención al cliente" por parte del personal del Hostal, que fué inmejorable.

Excellent accueil, athmosphère très amicale, on se sent vraiment comme chez soi. Les chambres sont petites mais confortables, la tenue est impeccable, les petits déjeuners sont somptueux et apportés sur plateau en chambre. La localisation est très bonne, centrale, proche de Gran vIa, il est possible d'aller partout à pied, mais il y a aussi un métro en bas de l'immeuble. Le prix est très raisonnable. A recommander.

Hotel raccomandatissimo. Oltre ad essere molto ma molto carino è in ottima posizione per visitare la città. A due passi dalla fermata metro a 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza di Spagna. Le camere sono piccole ma con tutti confort necessari e arredate con molto gusto. Le ragazze dello staff sono estremamente gentili e disponibili a soddisfare ogni necessità. La colazione, servita in camera, è spettacolare...per soddisfare tutti i gusti. Torneremo molto molto presto. Alla prossima e un grazie a tutte le ragazze del FLAT5
